Common questions
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 3 to 7 working days anywhere in South Africa. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Orders over R1 500 ship free.
What is your returns policy?
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. If something arrives faulty, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Is there a warranty?
Most products carry a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults. The warranty period is listed on every product page.
Do I need an electrician?
Plug-in products need no installation. Anything wired into your distribution board is best installed by a qualified electrician.

Visa, Mastercard and instant EFT. Payments are processed over a secure connection and we never see or store your full card details.
